Q&A: How do I find out about my grandparents since my dad was adopted?

Sunday, November 18th, 2012

Question by Neon Pink Nails: How do I find out about my grandparents since my dad was adopted?
I’m mixed but my dad says he knows for a fact his real mom was Japanese and his real dad was German and so were his adoptive parents. He was born in Hawaii but he never knew his real parents. I’ve scoured the internet trying to find remnants of them but I come up empty-handed. Next year I’ll be 18 and I desperately want to find out about my real grandparents, what do I do?

Best answer:

Heard that one of my ancestors was part Abenaki have? How do I track them if they had an English name, and grew up in Quebec? Has a picture of her as old women in pigtails mean anything Best Answer:

Reply marguerite L
The only way to ensure it is carried out a personal DNA test. It costs around $ 200 and shows the areas that your ancestors kamen.Ohne any other information that can not be expressed as 100%.
