Question by : New records on Ancestry with small print saying you have to agree to fees?
One of Ancestry’s new record collections is Nova Scotia, Canada, Deaths, 1864-1877, 1890-1960, but “The images and index to this collection are provided by Nova Scotia Historical Vital Statistics Online, which are subject to its own Terms and Conditions of use. You must accept these additional Terms and Conditions (shown below) in order to proceed with a search.”

Load of terms and conditions which includes ”
As required to complete a service transaction, you will agree to pay the applicable fee as instructed in the payment description screens which are presented to you for verification and authorization.”

Has anyone been brave enough to click the “Agree” button and see what the deal is there? Seems a bit rude to me if they are going to charge extra to people that already have a full subscription.
